Warranty Terms & Conditions
- We specifically warranty for Aluminium Ladder’s Steps (Rungs) only. Other components and accessories likes hinges, brackets and rubber feet etc.… are not covered.
- We will justify the ladder’s steps (rungs) damage condition if it is bent more than 1.5cm from the normal level surface we will repair or change it without charges provided that the warranty period still valid.
- We reserve the right to a final decision in our warranty claims. Especially if the steps’ (rungs) damages are caused by the human error while in use or failure to follow our safety instruction guideline will not covered.
- Any defects or damages resulting from accident due to improper set up the ladder, alteration or modification the ladder by the user’s themselves will not covered.
- For steps (rungs) repairing, cash customers (end users) who bought directly from us (factory) need to send and collect by themselves.
- Warranty period depends on the type of ladder purchased:
• Winston and Skyway Single-sided Ladder (1 year)
• Winston Deluxe Double-sided Ladder (2 years)
• Winston Heavy Duty Single and Double sided Ladder (3 years) - Above Warranty durations are granted on the commencing Date of Purchase. (DOP)
- Please fill in and submit our Warranty Registration Form within 14 days from DOP through Online or WhatsApp us to avoid being rejected.
- This warranty mainly valid on Geographical area. (East Malaysia only)
- Our warranty terms and conditions will be revised and amended from time to time without prior notice.
